Surveyours specialise in conducting Energy Performance and Renewable Technology Surveys across the whole of Mainland UK.

Working through our National Network of Accredited and Qualified Chartered Surveyors, Commercial & Domestic Energy Assessors and PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessors and Co-Ordinators.

We also provide Retrofit Coordination Services to ensure the seamless & Compliant installation of multiple Energy Efficiency Measures funded through a combination of the Government Initiatives, 0% Private Finance and Micro Power & Heat Generation Income Incentives.

From Small Seeds

How we got here

November 2013. Surveyours Ltd is formulated.

We move into our first, slightly dilapidated premises, on Morfa Industrial Estate Swansea.

The 'Ready To Install' Service

January 2014 - To remove the additional burden of customer acquisition, qualification, administrative compliance and evidence gathering from our ECO Installation Partners, Surveyours were the first to combine Lead Generation Service with a Compliant ECO Measure Survey to provide the installers with everything they needed to go straight to installation and redeem their funding. This has become the industry standard and is now referred to as the ‘WRO’ (Work Ready Order).

Surveyours are an Energy Saving Trust Endorsed Advice Service as well as a ‘Trust Mark’ Government Endorsed Service.

Our Surveys are accredited by Stroma, Elmhurst & ECMK Certification and lodged through the Uk’s online Energy Performance Certificate Register and Trust Mark Data Warehouse.

This means that when you deal with Surveyours you are dealing with a professional and competent company who's products, services and advice are accredited and approved by the leading regulatory bodies in the industry.

Surveyours are the Approved Contractor to some of the UK’s Largest Estate & Letting Agents and Housing Associations, providing Surveys and Energy Efficiency Advise to improve the quality of their housing stock
